How does monthly vs annual billing work?+
Monthly plans bill each month and you can cancel any time. Annual plans bill once a year at ten times the monthly price, which works out to two months free: $198/yr back on Club, $498/yr back on Club Pro. Switch between them whenever you like; changes prorate.
What happens when we hit our athlete cap?+
Nothing breaks. Existing athletes, rosters, and film keep working. You will get a heads-up from AVANTI and a one-click upgrade path when you are ready to add more.
Does downgrading delete our data?+
Never. Downgrade and every roster, record, and film report stays intact and readable. Caps apply to adding new things, not to keeping what is yours.
We were on GAME OS before pricing launched. What happens to us?+
Founding organizations keep full access through a grace window, then pick a plan with founding-org pricing. You were here first; the deal reflects that. Your account team (that is AVANTI, plus real humans) will walk you through it.
How does the Film Room bolt-on bill?+
It is one add-on for the whole organization on any paid plan, monthly or annual, covering every team. Uploads meter monthly (25 on Film Room, 100 on Pro) and reset each cycle. If you run over, you can buy upload packs instead of hitting a wall. And every plan, including Free, gets 2 free uploads every month regardless.
Are processing rates really all-in?+
Yes. The ladder above is your total cost per registration payment, card fees included. When you upgrade tiers, the better rate applies to new payments immediately.
